Institute for Chinese Studies
Mr. Riley will provide China Business Training Programs and then facilitate/escort tours to China to make business
connections - especially valuable for medium and small businesses. Provide Education Programs similar to the program
provided to Stetson University - but of varying lengths. In addition, the Institute will set up and oversee the China Culture
Center which will also include the Mingyi Shandong
Martial Arts School, Chinese Language classes, out-reach cultural programs for schools, providing Chinese performers
(acrobats/martial arts/dance) for shows nation-wide, and working with Families with Children from China (FCC) and
Families with Asian Children (FAS) through the China Culture Center Panda Club to arrange cultural programs, camps,
and reunions - in Florida and across the country.
For leisure and business "guests" we offer one-day to one-week intensive study programs - and for your
convenience and pleasure. We can also take
our programs on the road by special arrangement. We highly recommend that "guests" attend our one-week
program through the Department of Continuing Education Elderhostel Program, Stetson University, Deland, Florida.
Shorter programs can be arranged directly with China Spectrum Travel/Institute for Chinese Studies.
 PERFORMING ARTS:
I will be working with a major performing arts company in Beijing to provide Chinese performers for shows outside China
- anything from a 3-person acrobatic team to a 100 performer extravaganza. At the same time, performing groups from
around the world who wish to tour in China can "apply" through me. I would need a demo
tape for me to review, and if it meets their criteria, I would submit it to Beijing for their viewing and possible
selection for a future tour. Finally, I can assist in booking Chinese performers based in Florida for performances
around the country - mostly small teams of acrobats, dancers, martial artists.
CHINA IMPORT/EXPORT. We not only provide education programs, we are the perfect resource for large companies wishing
to make bulk purchases, small companies wishing to purchase just for the shelves, or individuals shopping for treasures
for the home. SPECIAL NOTE: Would you like to open a Chinese gift shop? I can help you set up your shop and provide
the inventory at prices that give you plenty of room to make your own profits. I will restock your shelves as needed,
and you need never worry about details of import like ordering, shipping, etc. I can even provide education and
training about China and Chinese products to make you very knowledgeable about that country and the goods you sell.
